For Exeter and the wider EX postcode area, delivery is free on all deck kits and generally lands within 2-3 working days of ordering. We use a kerbside service, which means the boards come off the lorry onto your driveway or the pavement outside. If your property is in a tighter spot (some of the older streets in the centre, or a lane out towards one of the villages), give us a heads-up when you order and we’ll work out the best drop-off. We’d rather ask upfront than have the driver turning round in a narrow Cathedral Quarter street. Click and collect from our Paignton yard is also an option, particularly useful for Exeter customers placing smaller orders where a full delivery feels unnecessary.Common questions from Exeter customers

Yes, but plan for drainage underneath. The boards themselves handle water fine. Make sure your sub-frame allows airflow and isn’t trapping moisture against the house.
Every kit includes boards, all fixings, starter clips and a driver bit for your drill. If you need additional items (step nosings for a raised deck, fascia skirting for a clean edge, L-profile corner trims) we stock those too and they ship on the same delivery at no extra cost.
